Anyway... was tired out working today... Customers kept coming... got told off by an airport staff in a bad mood... Keep your feelings to yourself man... anyway, one crew was practising her counter today... (who caused me to get told off) but i honestly think that she needs to work on her communication skills and learn to 'bian tong', like, work around the set procedures, which is something really important when you work at counter... so much for the GEMS thingy...
