While lurking around doing something online, I came across this funny resignation letter, which I think is really funny:

Dear Boss:

I'm thrilled to inform you that I'm resigning.

I have been waiting for what seems like forever to inform you that I’m resigning. I’ve hated worked for the company since the day I was hired. I don’t like the work, I don’t like my fellow employees, and I don’t like you.

I am tendering my resignation effective immediately and I’m heading for the open road. I bought a Harley and a leather jacket and my girlfriend, Denise, is coming along. It was a little tough to find a jacket to fit her, but we managed.

I know you would like me to help you with a transition, but I won’t. Have fun figuring out the files on my computer. I can’t even figure them out most of the time.

Oh, speaking of computers, you’ll need to figure out the passwords to all our online resources. I forgot to keep a list of them, so have fun with that.

I’m sure you’d like to have a going away party for me. However, I’m not interested in the stale cookies and nasty punch that constitutes saying goodbye at this company.

Don’t worry about writing me a reference, even though I’m sure you’d be glad to recommend my work. I don’t need or want one. I don’t need references where I’m heading. So, consider our bridges burnt.

See ya,
Happy To Be Gone

And I must quote where I got it from http://jobsearch.about.com/od/sampleresignationletters/a/funnyresignationletter.htm

It’s the kind of letter that you really wish you could give your boss, which I would only give if I were retiring and really hated my job, only one of which is true at this point in time.

I really hope I get accepted into UniSIM but it’s an agonizing wait till end-May for the acceptance results to be out. Then I can be in the same school as Tracy and next-door with Ruobing.

Anyway, my last blog post was in January. OMG TIME FLIES! It’s almost the end of March already. I was busy tweeting away, which is probably a better outlet for the more mundane things in my life, like telling the world I’m drinking a caramel macchiato and farting at the same time (which never happened, I’m just exaggerating).

I can cancel something off my wishlist though! I finally found and bought 恋爱0.01的距离, which is a pictorial book thingy of Godfrey Gao, one of the very few celebrities that I find worth goggling after. Some of the pictures inside make me feel perverted though… hehehe… So people reading this blog, if there are any, you can combine funds and get me a vacuum cleaner, preferably bagless. I’m beginning to appreciate the convenience of a vacuum cleaner now that I have to mop the floor with all the hair (I lose hair in a scary way, I tell you, yet how I still have thick hair is a wonderful mystery) and dust (my room faces the main road, you can practically have a look in from the opposite side or on a double-decker bus).

I actually have a lot of things to do, like adding up my father’s accounts to file for income tax, read the two books I bought two weeks ago (The Hunger Games and Catching Fire, which I wanted for so long and finally bought when I made a ‘pilgrimage’ to Orchard Road, cuz it was out of stock where I usually went), exercise with my newly bought, ridiculously expensive hula hoop (has the little round things sticking out and really painful when it gets on your ribs), tidy my room (the eternal battle with housework!) among others. But I keep getting distracted playing with my iPod… I’ve got games, music and ebooks on it, not to mention I can tweet and facebook from there whenever I’ve got wi-fi… I think it’s becoming an addiction…

Well, that’s it for today… I’ll be blogging more often soon. I hope.
