there has been quite a few tv specials the past few days, the 25 years of chinese drama, golden horse awards, and miss world... a few comments cuz i don't really have the energy for word vomit after a agonising day at work...

- someone(s) has to sponsor clothes, grooming and whatnot for pageant delegates... they are representing Singapore after... if we can sponsor arrogant so-called prodigies for study in expensive schools, definitely we can afford a fraction of that for our delegates... and i truly believe that the Miss Singapores (World or Universe) are well-educated and not bimbos (well, most of them, anyway...), some even have degrees... oh, and this comment applies to the delegates in Team Singapore too... show some support, people! i would if i could afford it... it just takes ONE to start the ball rolling...

- the 25 years of chinese drama thing... made me tear... newbie actors have alot of catching up to do... acting cute and looking handsome is NOT the way to go if you want to last long in the limelight...

- gurmit singh was sort of an attention-grabber on the golden horse red carpet... fann wong's dress was erm...

Cross cultural to study for but it's annoying when i think about the fact that i lost my file with all my notes in it... not to mention the handouts... grrr...
